Prof. Shankar Bhat, Naveena Nyaya Vidwan, M.A in Samskrita, M.A. and Ph.D in Political Science
He has served as a lecturer in Political Science in Dr. A V Baliga College for 32 years. He has guided students of M.Phil.He presented research essays in national and international seminars. He translated Tarkasangraha, Gokarna Mahapurana, Agamadambara play and other Samskrita works to Kannada. He has the glory of presenting a short essay under the UGC financial grants regarding “Human rights in ancient India”. Under the translation commission of National Human Resource Ministry, he has worked as subject expert in forming regional dictionary of Political Science.
