He has over 15 yrs of experience in teaching bhaagavata, 3 yrs of experience at Keremane center’s bhaagavata association in work and training bhaagavatas. He has been honored with elite awards such as State Award, Uppuru Narayanappa Award, Kaalinga Naavuda Award and many more from various organizations. He has over 50 yrs of experience with direction and bhaagavata in various professional melas and Taale-Maddale events of UmaMaheshwara Yakshagaana Kala Vardhaka Association.He contributed to the field of literature by creating Yakshagana Prasangas.
