A.Pu.Naranappa has B.Sc degree from Mysore University, B.Ed from Bangalore university, M.A from Kuvempu University and M.Ed from Annamalai university. He has vast teaching experience of 43 years. He has worked as executive officer in taluk wards, co-ordinator, head of departments, a member and a main representative of the teacher’s committee in taluk, district and national level. He has participated in many national conferences held in neighboring states. Has been an active participant in many movements related to teachers. He has served as a syndicate member of Kuvempu V V and has chaired many state level, inter state level conferences as a resource person. He has served as an administrator and trustee also. He was honored with the Zilla Chintana Sanghataka award. He has won many accolades for having served in the field of education and literature. He has written many articles in magazines, weeklies and authored a book by the name ” Prachina Bharathada Vaijnanika Sadhane”.
